The company recognizes Vicente’s professional career, an example of the transition from the military sphere to the private sector and a reflection of the firm’s institutional consolidation

El Goloso, EspaƱa — ACK3 has experienced a significant moment in its corporate evolution with the retirement of Vicente, the first professional to complete his career within the company. Beyond the individual milestone, this event reflects the organizational maturity achieved by the firm after years of growth and specialization in Strategic Risk & Decision Advisory.

Vicente began his professional career in the military sphere, where he acquired values of discipline, commitment, and a vocation for service. He later transferred that experience to the private sector, joining ACK3 and contributing sound judgment and technical solidity during key phases of the company’s consolidation. As Jorge Quintana, CEO of ACK3, noted:

ā€œStrong organizations are not built on strategy alone, but on people who consistently contribute enduring values over time. Vicente’s career demonstrates that professional transition, when well structured, enriches both the individual and the company. ā€

His career represents a real example of the connection between military talent and the business environment, a line that ACK3 actively promotes through initiatives such as NEXO Transmil, aimed at facilitating structured and sustainable professional transitions. In complex environments, where experience and sound judgment are strategic assets, generational continuity and the integration of diverse talent strengthen the decision-making architecture of any organization. The story of a company is not measured solely by its international projects or its strategic positioning. It is also measured by the complete careers that unfold within it.
