ACK3 Academy and NEXO Transmil launch free training courses for military personnel over 45
Madrid, Spain — ACK3 Academy, together with NEXO Transmil, has launched a programme of free training courses for military personnel aged 45 and over. The initiative is aimed at enlisted personnel, sailors, and specially available reservists who, under Spanish Law 8/2006, complete their active military service upon reaching the age of 45 and face the challenge of transitioning into the civilian workforce.
The programme, entirely free of charge and organised by province, transforms military experience — leadership, logistics, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure — into skills and certifications recognised by employers. Training areas range from leadership and team management to cybersecurity, occupational health and safety, private security, and entrepreneurship.

The programme translates military experience into competencies highly valued by employers. Training areas include leadership and team management, cybersecurity, occupational risk prevention, private security, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Training is organised by province, allowing groups to be formed according to actual demand in each region. The initiative also includes an open call for participants to propose additional training topics based on their own interests and professional goals.
