Experience CST™ in action — an interactive exercise by ACK3 that challenges leaders to respond to systemic disruptions and strengthen organizational resilience
Europe – On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 16:00 CET, ACK3 and ASIS International will host a live demonstration of CST™ (Crisis Simulator Training) for ASIS in Europe. The session, titled “The Blackout”, will showcase how CST™ enables organizations to strengthen crisis management capabilities through immersive, gamified simulations.

The ACK3 Blackout is an interactive crisis simulation that challenges participants to make critical decisions during a systemic disruption of essential services. Set in the fictional city of Apolonia, the exercise explores how government and industry leaders respond to cascading impacts on water, sanitation, and critical infrastructure affecting more than 80,000 inhabitants. Through this immersive tabletop experience, participants will confront the complexity of crisis management, the urgency of cross-sector coordination, and the strategies required to strengthen resilience against disruptive events.
Participants will have the choice to:
- Actively participate as players, engaging directly in the scenario and making real-time decisions.
- Join as listeners, observing how decisions are made and gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of crisis leadership.
