ACK3 Talent Gateway

Empowering talent

At ACK3, we are proud to introduce ACK3 Talent Gateway, our program designed to open doors to talent at every stage of the professional journey. This program facilitates the integration of young professionals, career transitioners, and senior experts into the fields of security, economic intelligence, consulting, and risk management, ensuring meaningful opportunities for professional development.

Empowering talent through opportunity

Many ACK3 members began their careers in academic, corporate, or even military environments and found in our programs an opportunity to advance their careers.

Through Talent Gateway, participants apply their skills in real projects—from intelligence operations to strategic consulting and cyber defense—combining theoretical training with practical experience. The success stories of our talents demonstrate that every professional stage can become an opportunity to grow and add value.

Collaboration with universities and educational institutions

In addition to our core services, we also develop specialized training programs and courses in collaboration with various educational institutions.

These initiatives are designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of specific activities, as demonstrated in the image at the University of Salamanca, among other activities and educational programs.

Through these educational collaborations, our goal is to provide expertise in specialized fields, enhancing students’ practical understanding and skills with real-world applications derived from elite military operations. This approach not only enriches the educational experience but also bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical implementation in high-demand environments.
