Madrid, Spain — ACK3 celebrated its 15th anniversary with a team lunch at El Mirador de El Goloso, bringing together part of its Spain-based team for a day marked by strategic reflection, recognition, and a forward-looking outlook.
The gathering provided an opportunity to review the firm’s evolution from its founding in 2010 to its current consolidation as a Strategic Risk & Decision Advisory firm, culminating in a transformation process that has taken the company from its first international operational deployments to its positioning as a global strategic partner.
From an operational firm to an international strategic advisory firm
During the day, ACK3’s journey was revisited through its different phases of growth:
- Operational Origin (2010–2014): first international deployments and technical consolidation.
- Consolidation (2015–2019): expansion to over 30 countries, ISO certifications, and structural professionalization.
- Specialization (2020–2023): advancement of economic intelligence and cyberintelligence.
- Strategic Evolution (2024–2026): transition toward the Strategic Risk & Decision Advisory model, with a greater focus on decision architecture rather than mere protection.
Today, ACK3 has over 40 professionals, an international presence, and active operations in multiple regions, supporting governments, institutions, and large corporations in highly complex environments. As highlighted by Jorge Quintana, CEO and founder of ACK3, who followed the celebration from afar while engaged in an international operation and unable to attend the event:
