TCCC Trainer (Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor)
ACK3 is seeking a TCCC Trainer with proven real‑world experience to strengthen its specialized training team in complex environments. The role involves designing, planning, and delivering Tactical Combat Casualty Care courses for civilian, corporate, or institutional personnel exposed to high‑risk situations or international deployments. Trainers will instruct on critical skills such as care under fire, tactical field care, and evacuation procedures, using realistic simulations and continuous participant evaluation. Minimum requirements include prior TCCC instructor experience (civil or military), technical training in combat medicine or emergency care, leadership ability in demanding scenarios, fluent English, and strong physical and mental fitness. Preferred qualifications include international TCCC/TECC certifications, experience in multinational missions or hostile areas, and competencies in SERE, HEAT, or advanced first aid. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver TCCC training modules tailored to client profiles.
- Conduct realistic simulations: care under fire, tactical field care, tactical evacuation.
- Coordinate with SERE, HEAT, Bootcamp, and other complementary instructors.
- Continuously evaluate participants and provide technical feedback.
- Supervise compliance with operational safety standards and medical protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience as a TCCC instructor (civilian or military).
- Technical training in combat medicine, medical emergencies, or crisis management.
- Ability to lead groups in adverse and demanding conditions.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Good physical and mental condition.
Preferred Qualifications
- International certifications in TCCC, TECC, or similar.
- Experience in multinational environments, NGOs, missions, or hostile zones.
- Skills in SERE, HEAT, or advanced first aid.
- Availability for national and international travel.
