Chief Corporate and International Officer (CCIO)

Toña Díaz serves as Chief Corporate and International Officer (CCIO) at ACK3, bringing more than two decades of experience in finance, corporate administration and international business management. Throughout her career, she has held key financial and management positions within international organizations, including over 13 years in private banking and extensive experience in financial accounting, business operations and corporate governance.

In her current role, Toña oversees corporate governance, international development and organizational coordination, ensuring alignment between the company’s strategic objectives and its operational capabilities. Her expertise spans financial management, ERP implementation, business analytics and process optimization across finance, human resources and supply chain functions.

As a member of ACK3’s executive leadership team, she plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy, strengthening international partnerships and enhancing organizational performance through data-driven decision-making and corporate excellence. Her ability to combine financial expertise with a deep understanding of business operations enables her to contribute to ACK3’s mission of delivering strategic risk, economic intelligence and decision advisory services to organizations operating in complex and challenging environments.

Toña is fluent in Spanish, English and French, allowing her to operate effectively in international environments and support ACK3’s expanding global presence.
