In her current role, Toña is renowned for her profound expertise in financial management, with a notable emphasis on the deployment of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and the intricate analysis of data spanning finance, HR, and supply chain sectors. Her ability to interpret complex data across various business functions is instrumental in guiding informed decision-making and enhancing financial efficiency within ACK3. Toña’s adaptability and deep understanding of business dynamics are key to her success in aligning financial strategies with the broader operational goals of ACK3.
